How is this different from asking a broker or a Vastu pandit? +
A broker earns when you buy — they are not incentivised to point out problems. A Vastu pandit covers only Vastu. NestVett covers layout, Vastu, lifestyle fit, and resale potential together — and we earn only from the evaluation fee, so we have no reason to push you toward a purchase.
Who reviews the AI report before I receive it? +
Every report is reviewed by a NestVett expert — an experienced interior design and property consultant — before it reaches you. We check the AI's analysis for accuracy, add context where needed, and only approve reports we stand behind.
